Protocol Supplements 60 Day Challenge-4 Week Update
Monday, February 16th, 2009Well, I am into my 60 Day Challenge for about 4 weeks now and things are moving along very nicely. I have been able to step up the frequency and intensity of my workouts due to “The Protocol”. I am using the Nutrition Pack(Total Body Nutrient,Total Body Greens, and Omega 3&6s), Body Pro Strength and Muscle, Energized, and Stamina as my foundation. The rational behind it is that the Nutrition Pack give my body the highest level of quality ingredients and cellular absorption to support the accelerated rate of physical improvement that the other 3 products provide. This means as my body is changing, growing, and repairing, I have all the nutritional building blocks to make sure I recover and feed my body what it needs. That’s it for this update. Now go out and do something, anything, just get that body moving!
