Protocol Supplements 60 Day Challenge-4 Week Update

Well, I am into my 60 Day Challenge for about 4 weeks now and things are moving along very nicely. I have been able to step up the frequency and intensity of my workouts due to “The Protocol”. I am using the Nutrition Pack(Total Body Nutrient,Total Body Greens, and Omega 3&6s), Body Pro Strength and Muscle, Energized, and Stamina as my foundation. The rational behind it is that the Nutrition Pack give my body the highest level of quality ingredients and cellular absorption to support the accelerated rate of physical improvement that the other 3 products provide. This means as my body is changing, growing, and repairing, I have all the nutritional building blocks to make sure I recover and feed my body what it needs. That’s it for this update. Now go out and do something, anything, just get that body moving!

Protocol Supplements 60 Day Challenge

Well welcome to my own 60 Day Challenge. It has been the better part of three years since I have done much, if any, training. I figured that it was time to not only get busy gettin busy, but to put Protocol Supplements to the test. I am using the entire line of products, why, because they are broken up into 3 different categories with no overlapping so there is no risk of getting too much of anything. These include, Organic Greens, Total Body Nutrient, Omega 3&6’s, Body Pro Strength and Muscle Formula, Oxy Channel, Energized, Stamina, and Hormone Support.

Leg Press-270lbs. 27 Reps
