I’ve heard a lower rep range coupled with breaks of less than 30 seconds is good for building muscle faster.

Hey Josh, the amount of time required between sets is determined by weight and intensity. Wait too long and you lose your pump and focus, not enough rest and the muscle has not recovered enough to give another maximal effort. It is a fine line that everyone has to figure out for themselves. If you have any questions, let me know. If you are looking to pack on some serious muscle, tryhttp://www.protocolsupplements.com/Shop/master-amino-acid-pattern-and-body-pro-combo-p-41.html, it will not disappoint.
