		<description>I have 5 Hydroxy Laxogenin 10mg caplets. How come females are only supposed to take 2 capsules a day and males are supposed to take between 2-4 capsules a day. When would a female be recommended to take a higher dosage? For injury recovery? Mass Gain? What if she doesn&#039;t weigh the &quot;standard 110 lbs&quot; more like 175 lbs with 25% body fat? In that case should she take a higher dosage? Or is 2 capsules a day sufficient for a female and more would not be absorbed by the female physiology-no matter what her weight or fitness goals? And if so, why is that the case? Any Feedback would be greatly appreciated.</description>

		<description>You are correct obout only eating organic foods.  The problem is not just getting organic, it is getting enough organic.  I know that I do not eat all the servings I need to stay at optimum, but by including my Organic Green Drink to my daily regimen, I make sure to cover all the bases. Wait too long and you lose your pump and focus, not enough rest and the muscle has not recovered enough to give another maximal effort. My Step Mom was drinking a six pack of Diet coke every day for the last 15 years...

I never thought much about it until about 5 years ago when a study came out (mind you, it was never mentioned again) Tooooo much money in those industries and they squashed it...

Any who,, the study stated that aspertame at high heats converts to a substance similar to, or equivalent to that of formaldehyde.. I read it so many years ago, that I dont remember verbatim, but I do remember how bad they were saying it was for you....

I do not drink diet drinks, but I do on occasion have a natural root beer soda... my step mom was in the throws of Diet Coke addiction, so she continued on that path for some time, I can happily say that for health reasons, she now only has 2 to 3 a day..  which is better than a six pack , I guess....

WE ALL NEED TO OPEN OUR EYES AND NOT OUR MOUTHS AND REALIZE WHAT WE ARE PUTTING IN IT!!! ESPECIALLY IF YOU HAVE CHILDREN,,  Lets teach them healthier eating habits so they can have a better life...</description>
